Detox or Botox?

Thailand trip in 2025: a week before we coming back to US, I went to do DETOX, yes detox NOT botox!  It’s very weird feeling – I’m not sure I’m happy after done it LOL.

First date?
I’m not sure this really counted as our first date, but I took Tim to a crocodile farm in Thailand. I’m not sure what he thought I was weird woman! What I never told him was that I chose that place because it was the last time I spent with my mom before she got sick and passed away. Not exactly a dramatic post, but it’s a special one for me.

ตอนเป็นแฟนกัน พาแฟนไปเที่ยวไหนที่แรกกันคะ? เราพาทิมไปฟาร์มจรเข้คะ มาคิดๆ ดูก็ขำๆ ว่าทำไมไม่พาไปที่อื่นที่สวยๆ กว่า หรือ โรแมนติกกว่า แต่จริงๆ แล้วมีความหมายแอบแฝงค่ะ เพราะ ฟาร์มจรเข้เป็นที่เที่ยวที่สุดท้าย ที่เราได้มีโอกาสพาแม่เราไปเที่ยวก่อนที่แม่จะป่วยและเสียชีวิต อันนี้ไม่ได้โพสต์ดึงเศร้านะคะ แต่จะบอกว่า แต่ละที่ที่ไปก็มีความหมายมากๆ และคิดถึงแม่มากๆ เช่นกัน…

My first Illustrator: Fishing with Tim on his new boat in 2017 on Lake Pontchartrain, Louisiana. I had no idea Tim was so good at driving a boat—he never mentioned it when we were in Thailand! (Technically, I knew nothing about him or his lifestyle in the USA, even though we’d been together for more than 7 years in Thailand!) But it was way too hot for me for fishing here!
The point is, I studied online so hard for Adobe Illustrator, but now? It’s easier to just ask AI.

ตอนย้ายมาอยู่อเมริกาปีแรกๆ ทิมก็ซื้อเรือใหม่เลย ตอนนั้นเราไม่รู้เลยว่าทิมขับเรือเป็นและเก่งขนาดนี้ เพราะทิมไม่เคยเล่าอะไรให้เราฟังเรา เขาไม่เล่าเราก็ไม่ถาม 555 ทุกอย่างมารู้ตอนย้ายมาอยู่มาอเมริกาหมดเลย แต่ที่นี่ร้อนมากๆ แถมในทะเลสาปก็มีจรเข้อาศัยอยู่ตามธรรมชาติเต็มไปหมดค่ะ 555 จะบอกว่า ตอนนั้นเรียนใช้ Adobe Illustrator แบบยากมาก กว่าจะทำได้แต่ละภาพ เดี๋ยวนี้สิ ใช้ AI แป่บเดียวก็ได้ภาพแบบนี้แล้ว 🙁

ยังแอบโกรธตัวเองทุกวันนี้ ที่ซื้อข้าวต้มมัดจากพี่คนไทยที่มาขายที่ตลาดแถวบ้าน โหย พี่เขาขายเรา กลีบละ $6 หรือตกเป็นเงินไทยเกือบ 200 บาท ย้ำนะคะว่า ขายเป็นกลีบ ๆ ละ $6 แต่ถ้า ซื้อสองกลีบ หรือมัดหนึ่งนั้น คือ $10 ค่ะ เราตกใจมากตอนถามราคา แต่ด้วยความเกรงใจก็เลยบอกว่างั้นขอลองกลีบหนึ่ง ซึ่งจริงๆ แล้วตอนนั้นเราซื้อของเขาหลายอย่างเหมือนกัน แต่บอกตรงๆ ยังตกใจมาถึงตอนนี้ เพราะ $6 นี่ซื้อกล้วยน้ำหว้าที่นี่ได้เป็นหวีๆ เลย กินกล้วยเปล่าๆ ก็ได้ ณ จุดนี้ 555
