Buyer beware — Return address in China!

My experience with Wren Lorne New York did not match their listing. The site advertises a 14-day money-back guarantee, but in my experience the process was difficult. I ordered two items and they shipped them separately (apparently to save on shipping), so it took more than two weeks to receive both.
When the second item finally arrived it looked worn and used. I asked to return it and they gave me a return address in China and said I would have to pay return shipping. I had assumed returns would be handled in New York. They offered a 20% refund if I kept the shoes, but I never received that refund after keeping them. Their shoes are also sold on Amazon. Be careful when ordering — this was my personal experience.
