Their clothes are very nice — good fabric and well-made — but the brand is based in Singapore. They may offer free shipping to you in US, but when it comes to returns, you have to pay for shipping it back. The only options are FedEx or USPS, which costs about $15–$17 no matter what you return.

The catch is, you must submit and pay for the shipping label through them. And if your return doesn’t meet their conditions (NEW, UNWORN, WITH LABEL), they won’t issue a refund. That means you could lose your refund, lose the product, and still pay extra for shipping.

For me, that’s a “never again.”
