Old Orchard Beach for lunch (But I feel like this is good for Evening  & Dinner?)

Old Orchard Beach.  OOB is a very summer tourist area with an amusement park and lots of shops.  The pier is old and there’s really not much on it but fun to walk to the end and look out.  You can find some good deals on t-shirts/sweatshirts in some of the stores especially on the side street.  There’s not much to do though.

Maybe check out some of the southern beach areas instead like, York Beach.  There is a lighthouse there called Nubble Lighthouse.  Also Ogunquit is fun to check out.  Lots of shops and there is a pathway along the coast called Marginal Way you can walk.  I think it’s less than a mile long but don’t quote me.

My favorite place to eat seafood is at Fisherman’s Catch in Wells and Wells is not that far from Kennebunk. We always try and go mid afternoon so no crowds.  You will probably have to wait going at dinner time and I believe they close at 7:30 this time of the year.
